Project Manager (Dhaka)

As the Project Manager you will be working closely with the Contracts Manager to effectively manage and monitor costs of the project you are based on, together with the management of suppliers, your team and sub-contractors. Daily tasks will include monitoring programmes, control and monitoring of safety in line with the method statements and risk assessments and company standards and assisting with the compliance including Quality Systems, liaising with clients, sub-contractors and third parties.

Requirements
The successful candidate will bring to the role;

• Significant number of years experience within civil engineering.
• Be able to effectively manage all facets of a project including; commercial, quality, and construction systems while adhering to the strict guidelines.
• Excellent understanding of Bangladesh civil construction practices and management systems.
• Previous demonstrated experience in understanding contractual and commercial aspects of contracts.
• A practical minded hands-on approach coupled with excellent communication and people skills
• A solutions-orientated attitude with proven leadership qualities.
• A technical qualification in Civil Engineering.
